A digital platform for the Brand.

Our goal was to redesign the brand's visual language to strengthen its online positioning with a tool that reflects the quality, charm and performance of Fantini products. Each section is full of images and video content that enhance the storytelling and enrich the website navigation to discover the history and collections signed by world-class designers. A dynamic story and a modern tool at the service of one of the most iconic brands of Italian design.

UX & information architecture

The information architecture was designed to meet the needs of different types of users with specific needs for using and consulting the platform. There is an information layer dedicated to storytelling, characterized by an immersive and highly visual experience with large photos and videos that enhance the design and concept of the collections, and then there is a more technical level where great attention has been paid to speed and ease of use of research tools, in-depth analysis and interaction with the platform. At different stages of the journey, the user has the opportunity to start a tailored path and get in touch with the company and the product, by creating custom boards or requesting professional consultancy.

Tech & perfomance 

The front-end has been built as a universal app, on top of VueJS & NuxtJS frameworks. Pages and components were created by enhancing accessibility and semantics, the cosmetics crafted with TailwindCSS and performant animations done with the help of GSAP animation platform. The combined use of "lazy loading" and next-gen media formats gives the website an high level of performance and smoothness. WordPress as been used as "Headless CMS", powering a custom layer of smartly cached custom APIs.

System integration 

The products catalogue, coming from the Fantini PLM, has been synched with the site's back-end by a custom system integration, which allows products’ data to be updated in real time, in compliance with the dynamics of internationalization with dedicated languages, markets and  products.
With regard to
lead generation activities and the profiling
of registered users on the site, a custom integration has been done with the Hubspot CRM APIs.
