A flexible tool

Our tool allows to book online virtual appointments or in-store, quickly and intuitively. The platform is able to plug into the different touch points of the Group, adapting the user experience based on the type of user or the market of origin. The entire project was approached with an aim at scalability and customization, ensuring maximum flexibility in customizing the front-end graphic interface and for the specific needs of the various stores around the world, with a system that allows individual Store Managers and consultants calendar synchronization.

Tech & performance

The front-end has been built as universal application, on top of VueJS & NuxtJS frameworks. The  of pages and components were crafted with TailwindCSS, micro-interactions and transitions done with the help of CSS3. The combined use of "lazy loading" and next-gen media formats gives to the website an high level of performance and smoothness. WordPress as been used as "Headless CMS", powering a custom layer of smartly cached custom APIs.

Smart Calendars

The calendars, configured in "round robin" mode, allow users to access all the appointments available in each store regardless of the number of Store Managers, optimizing the available booking slots. Once an appointment has been booked, the system synchronizes with the Group's CRM software, passing the newly acquired prospect to the platform in real time, kicking off the workflow automation.
