Starting from the "People not Numbers" campaign concept, we designed and developed the new job.bnl.it website adding innovative tools to engage and allow users to maximize their professional profile in a new way: The Social CV and The Video Curriculum.

Every component of the interface was designed and developed to promote a smooth and intuitive navigation, both from desktop and mobile devices.

With the BNL Job Social CV users can generate an animated and personalised infographic utilizing their social profiles data to present them in a more accessible and contemporary visual way. In this sense, the Social CV is also a useful tool for BNL recruiters to collect personal and relevant information about the candidates.
Create your own Video Curriculum
Not all skills can be evaluated through the reading of a CV: for this reason the second step of every recruitment process is the job interview. The BNL Job Video CV lets the candidates introduce themselves in first person, allowing them to expose their own interpersonal, narrative and self-branding abilities.
